EcoFashionova offers FREE shipping on ALL orders globally, no minimum purchase. Destinations we regularly ship to include; Australia, USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Mexico, South Africa, India, Indonesia, Japan, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, Ireland and the rest of the EU. If your country is not on this list, not to fear we can still send get our items to you.
Many of our items are sourced in bulk from global suppliers, so our products usually take between 5-20 days to arrive, though in extremely rare circumstances can take longer. Delivery on all items is included in the price. Don’t be alarmed if you don’t receive all items in a large order at once, we don’t like to keep our dear customers waiting so we send each item as and when it arrives.
Shipping is via local postal services once dispatched from the origin, and hence shipping times can vary seasonally.
We offer free shipping to: United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, USA, Mexico, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, India, South Africa, South America. If you would like to find out about additional countries, please check with us first.
We advise that delivery times to Ireland may be impacted by customs procedures, lengthening the time taken to receive the product.
Q: Do you ship to XY country?
A: Yes, we ship to all countries except for mainland China, Indonesia and Bolivia where shipping is unfortunately not available for logistics reasons.
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: All orders are processed within 2~7 business days.
We pack and ship immediately and have your shipment on the way as quickly as possible, usually between 5~12 business days.
US domestic deliveries usually take 7~22 business days and international deliveries usually take 3~9 weeks, depending on the supplier, your location and customs controls.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all, we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, BeFashionova cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

A: Changes can only be made before the processing starts after your order has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.
